Q. How long will it take to get my car?

A. We Pride ourselves in making deliveries in a timely manner. Usually within 2-3 days of pick up, but the best gauge of delivery is by the appointment that we set with you. Unlike multiple car haulers who may keep your car 1-2 weeks, we only use two car trailers and therefore we are able to pick up and drop off more efficiently.

Q. Will there be a car over the top of mine?

A. No. We do not use stacking trailers. When transporting automobiles damages are most likely to occur when loading and unloading. When you lift a car 10' in the air the chance of damage increases due to the fact that:

  • Lifts fail

  • Scotches fail

  • Cars sometimes malfunction (brake failure)

  • Cars can roll off lifts

  • Cars can come loose while at the top and roll into other vehicles

  • Cars can leak fluid or get dirt on vehicles below them.

Q. How do you secure the cars?

A. We only use soft ties with ratchets done by hand. No chains, therefore painted, chrome, powder coated, or polished chassis parts are not damaged during transport.

Q. Do you have experience with lowered vehicles?

A. Yes, we have the ability and experience needed to load and haul vehicles that are very low to the ground. We've hauled many lowered cars, race cars, and exotics in the past and it's something that's not a problem for us.

Q. Do you transport motorcycles?

A. We have transported everything from golf cars to custom choppers. We have the proper equipment and tie downs to transport a motorcycle without damaging any chrome, painted, powder coated, or polished surfaces.

Q. Will my car stay dry, etc.?

A. Our trailers are hard sided, not soft sided like some haulers. Once the car is pulled into the trailer it will arrive as clean as when it was picked up. We keep your vehicle safe from the elements.

Q. Will my car be safe from vandals?

A. Yes, we lock the cars in an enclosed trailer and the keys are always kept separate from the vehicle.

Q. Do you have adequate insurance?

A. It is always good to have your cars insured yourself. In addition we have insurance to cover your vehicle while it is our care. We provide insurance certificates upon request.

Q. How much will it cost to transport my car?

A. We are glad to give you a quote by phone on a case-by-case basis. We feel that our prices are competitive with anyone.

Q. Can I put some items in the car during transport or will you carry additional items. Example: An extra set of wheels and tires.

A. We have hauled extra things from a sign to an extra set of wheels and even an extra motor. Every case is unique and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
